At Afrobeat Producers, we want to ensure your studio setup is perfect. If you are not completely satisfied with your hardware or equipment purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Equipment
Securely place the electronics in their original packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund eligibility.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location; ensure you keep the tracking receipt for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
